Pipefy seeks a visionary leader to head a new independent vertical CRM business unit . This unit will focus on developing and delivering service management solutions tailored to specific market needs, expanding our horizontally focused Business Process Automation and Low-code application platform. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded individual experienced in building businesses from the ground up and eager to drive innovation and growth within a dynamic SaaS company. We are seeking a General Manager who is a self-starter, passionate about building things from scratch, and has the tenacity to "break rocks" to achieve success. This role requires a versatile leader who can independently orchestrate marketing, sales, and product development, tapping into company resources as needed. Main Responsibilities: Business Unit Leadership: Define and shape the scope of your business unit, aligning it with Pipefy's strategic goals. Strategic Development: Identify and address specific market needs, developing innovative service management solutions. Operational Execution: Drive the implementation of processes and solutions, ensuring they deliver tangible value across various business areas. Market Adaptation: Operate within a lean, agile framework, swiftly adapting to changing market demands while maintaining strategic focus. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Requirements: Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive business ventures with a clear results-oriented approach. Proven Track Record: Experience in a leadership role, preferably within consulting, market roles, or startups. Hands-on Execution: Ability to articulate marketing campaigns, define specifications, and conduct sales calls/negotiations. Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking to align departmental initiatives with overall business objectives. Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams. Experience with no-code platforms and service management solutions is a plus.
