Backend Developer Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend applications. Your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and multithreading technologies. You will also work closely with our QA and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our applications. In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Developing robust and scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Designing and implementing microservices-based architecture for large-scale applications. Collaborating with Development, Operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications. Ensuring data security and integrity by implementing authentication standards, encryption, and secure coding practices. Working closely with the Development team to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Backend Developer to take their career to the next level while working on challenging projects and collaborating with a talented team. Our ideal candidate possesses: Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and multithreading. Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools. Experience with Git commands and version control systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Time Zone: Brazilian Time (BRT) from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. This schedule allows for more hours of interaction with the team working in Central European Time (CET).
