About This Role This position involves overseeing the development of strategic Copilot solutions, encompassing agent and autonomous agent capabilities, as well as customer journey creation in Dynamics 365/Customer Insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive engagements to design, prototype, and deploy Copilot solutions across multiple domains. Design and implement 'agents' and 'autonomous agents,' ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Create tailored customer journeys using Copilot within Dynamics 365/Customer Insights. Participate in high-level briefings, discovery workshops, and hands-on build-a-thons to drive innovation. Monitor and enhance KPIs, telemetry dashboards, and overall performance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure AI/Fundamentals. Familiarity with enterprise change management and value realization strategies. Advanced English proficiency required.
