Airtable Coordinator

Job Title: Airtable Coordinator About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to collaborate closely with resource managers, track plans, schedule meetings, and coordinate updates with stakeholders. As an Airtable Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating our project management tools, analyzing feedback from various teams, and implementing process improvements. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update Airtable based on input from various teams Create and manage runbooks in Confluence Troubleshoot technical tools and applications as needed Requirements 3+ years of professional experience 1+ years of experience with Airtable Strong technical aptitude with a developer mindset Excellent organizational and project management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field In this role, you will work closely with our team to analyze feedback from the field and other teams, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to ensure alignment across hiring managers, technical managers, and leadership. While this position is primarily remote, occasional travel within 1.5 hours of the Greater Philadelphia area may be required.
