Job Description:

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a team of marketing managers and professionals, and work closely with other departments to ensure our marketing initiatives drive engagement, growth, and revenue for the agency’s clients. 

 

Job Overview

  • We are actively looking for an International Marketing Director to join our wonderful and friendly team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English skills, knowledge about growth marketing, a proven track record in digital marketing, expertise in lead and sales generation, proficiency in email marketing, and experience with social ads. As an International Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving our online presence and generating quality leads for the company.
  • You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating trade shows that our company attends, working with sales teams to nurture and generate leads.
  • You will also be required to manage our image and presence on industry publications, while also coordinating creative webinar strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for client acquisition and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. 

Requirements

  • Proactivity is a must.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar senior role in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and optimizing spend.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
