Market Development Lead The Market Development Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local partners in Brazil, gaining an in-depth understanding of dealer needs and market dynamics. Liaise with local partners to understand market dynamics and achieve sales targets. Develop and launch new products in the Brazilian market based on consumer habits, policies, and regulations. Coordinate personnel training, promotional strategies, and after-sales services to ensure successful market entry. Develop a marketing management system for the Brazilian region, determine suitable marketing models, and manage regional dealers to meet sales targets. Maintain brand awareness through various activities with Brazilian dealers. Collaborate with headquarters to monitor market sentiment, respond to negative sentiment, and handle it appropriately. Follow up on channel construction plans, promote sales terminal expansion, and enhance brand awareness. Track dealer payments, production scheduling, and shipping bookings to achieve annual terminal and wholesale targets. Analyze dealer sales inventory data, identify underperformance reasons, and propose improvement measures.
