Project Integration Specialist The ideal candidate will oversee the integration and coordination of various IT projects, ensuring all components are aligned and executed efficiently to meet strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities: Leadership and Technical Consulting: Provide expert advice on project management and technical solutions to drive business outcomes. End-to-End Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions that integrate multiple systems and platforms. Project and Resource Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Technology Selection and Validation: Evaluate and select technologies that align with business needs and ensure seamless integration. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery. Governance and Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate records and implement processes to enhance future project delivery. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or a related field. Experience with a variety of integration tools and platforms, designing integrations between data systems and enterprise platforms. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development. Proficiency in using integration tools and platforms, implementing and managing systems to track and report metrics of integration projects. Soft Skills: An exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Able to lead by example, working with cross-functional teams and building consensus among stakeholders. Ability to think 'in the big picture', aligning technological decisions with long-term objectives. A proactive and analytical profile, engaged in identifying and solving complex challenges.
