Procurement Strategist We are seeking a highly skilled procurement strategist to optimize our contracts and logistics. This key role involves overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, conducting strategic negotiations, and analyzing market trends to identify optimization opportunities. Contract Lifecycle Management Develop and implement effective contract management processes, ensuring seamless execution from initial research to vendor selection, negotiation, implementation, and renewal. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify areas for cost savings and quality improvements. Strategic Negotiation Establish favorable commercial terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contractual conditions through high-level negotiations with suppliers. Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual agreements. Market Analysis Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, new suppliers, and innovations in the logistics and labor sector. Develop data-driven insights to inform procurement decisions. Supplier Relationship Management Foster strong relationships with 3PL partners, monitoring their performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Cultivate a network of trusted suppliers to drive business growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
