Strategic Negotiation Establish favorable commercial terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contractual conditions through high-level negotiations with suppliers. Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual agreements. Market Analysis Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, new suppliers, and innovations in the logistics and labor sector. Develop data-driven insights to inform procurement decisions. Supplier Relationship Management Foster strong relationships with 3PL partners, monitoring their performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
