As a global talent acquisition specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent for our rapidly growing organization. We operate globally with offices across the USA, UK, Australia, and India, serving clients in over 60 countries. Your primary responsibility will be to execute strategic hiring plans to source and recruit high-quality professionals across sales, technical, and business functions. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within software or technology companies. Proficiency in English communication is essential. You must be able to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
