Job Opportunity We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager Vaccines LATAM to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of cross-functional clinical PM experience, with a strong understanding of regulatory and GEP requirements, as well as RA/MOH knowledge. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and closing clinical projects within scope, time, and budget, while building timelines and managing risks, resources, and milestones. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control, ensuring effective communication with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Qualifications The following skills and qualifications are required: At least 3 years of cross-functional clinical PM experience. Strong regulatory/GEP and RA/MOH knowledge. Ability to interpret protocols across regions. End-to-end project delivery expertise, including risk, resource, and milestone management. Study plan development and proficient use of project management tools. Budget forecasting and burn-rate monitoring expertise. Clear communication and actionable guidance skills. Risk anticipation and adaptability. Work Arrangement This freelance position requires a flexible work schedule, with at least 4 days of work per week. Remote work from anywhere with an internet connection is acceptable.
