In this role, you will: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating resources and managing priorities across teams. Drive service reviews, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution for critical business processes. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance. Analyze key performance indicators and reporting metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and compliance standards. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce configurations using Workflows, Process builders, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports and Dashboards, and Sharing rules. Additionally, they should have experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and Salesforce platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to our success in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our team. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
