Project Management Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our software development projects. About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing and executing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver software development projects on time and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project transparency and alignment with Agile methodologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively. Microsoft DevOps Expertise: Configure sprints, backlogs, and work items within Microsoft DevOps to facilitate project collaboration and knowledge sharing. Track and manage user stories and epics to ensure they align with project goals and business objectives. Business Acumen: Perform business analysis tasks to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and develop stakeholder engagement strategies. Candidate Profile: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. Have at least 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile environment, with a focus on application/software development. Demonstrate prior hands-on development or coding experience. Speak fluent English.
