Rio Negro 503 (e 24 Andares - Alphaville Industrial) 23, Barueri, SP (Onsite 5 days a week) Type: CLT Fulltime Salary plus Benefits Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and decision-making across our financial products portfolio, including credit analysis, loans, and credit cards. In this role, you will combine strong data analytics expertise with business acumen to design data-driven strategies, optimize risk models, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with Product, Risk, and Technology teams to transform complex data into actionable business intelligence. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Analysis Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives related to credit risk, loan performance, and credit card usage. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks using Google Data Studio and Looker. Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk mitigation. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytical outputs. Modeling & Insights Collaborate with Data Scientists to build, validate, and monitor predictive models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer segmentation. Apply statistical techniques and machine learning methods to improve decision-making in underwriting, pricing, and portfolio management. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business stakeholders. Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with Product Managers, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. Present insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business analysis, preferably within financial services, banking, or fintech. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation. Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery for large-scale data processing. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and analytical methodologies. Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Looker and Google Data Studio. Business & Domain Skills Solid understanding of credit products, credit lifecycle, risk management, and financial KPIs. Proven ability to translate data insights into business strategies and decision support. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow for credit risk and fraud modeling. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., Basel, GDPR) and data governance practices in financial services.
