Lead Digital Marketing Developer We are seeking an exceptional WordPress developer to lead our landing page creation and optimization function. The Role Landing Page Development & Campaign Execution: Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from various advertising platforms Own the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch Evaluate pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, including conversion tracking, retargeting audiences, and attribution metrics Implement and troubleshoot complex tracking scenarios including server-side tracking, UTM parameters, and multi-touch attribution Optimize landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates Conduct A/B testing and implement rapid iterations based on campaign performance data HubSpot Integration & Data Management: Develop seamless integrations between landing pages and HubSpot CRM Ensure accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization Validate proper lead source attribution and campaign tracking in HubSpot Create custom workflows and automations to support campaign objectives Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure marketing attribution accuracy Technical Leadership & Team Management: Manage a team of WordPress developers Distribute workload across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns Establish and enforce development standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback Create project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be part of our cross-functional team that delivers innovative solutions to drive business growth. Requirements At least 5 years of professional WordPress development experience Direct experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns with $1M+ in total ad spend Must have been the PRIMARY person responsible for landing page build and campaign launch (not just a contributor on a larger team) A portfolio demonstrating high-converting landing pages you've personally built and deployed ]]>
