Solution Architect Role We are seeking a skilled professional to work remotely as an Independent contractor for a Global client. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust data architecture, defining and overseeing data transformation processes, and integrating and modernizing legacy data systems. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain a dimensional data model in Snowflake. Define and oversee data transformation processes using Coalesce.io. Integrate and modernize legacy data systems built on SQL Server/SSIS. Design and optimize the BI semantic layer to enable self-service analytics in Power BI. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions. Establish best practices for data modeling pipeline development and version control using GitHub. Track project progress and deliverables through Jira. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Project team. About the Job: This is a remote opportunity that requires strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms and experience designing and maintaining end-to-end data solutions using Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data transformation, and integration.
