Buscamos profissionais que queiram fazer parte dessa trajetória junto conosco Responsabilidade e atribuições: Junto com o CPTO e outro Engineering Manager, contribuir na visão estratégica da área de Engenharia, conciliando com as demandas táticas; Liderar as frentes de Pagamentos e Plataforma; Fazer a gestão das pessoas do time; Ajudar na gestão dos projetos, em demandas de prazos, métricas, etc; Assumir um papel de promotor da cultura da Jusfy; Ser um facilitador e um apoio nas decisões técnicas de Engenharia; Colaborar com a agilidade das entregas e dos times; Ter um papel crítico e analítico do time; Auxiliar na resolução dos problemas da área; Fazendo interface com a área de Produto. Requisitos: Experiência como gerente de times de engenharia de software em fintechs ou times de pagamentos; Possuir uma visão estratégica da área; Vivência em gestão de projetos; Ter uma boa visão ágil, experiência com MVP; Experiência em gestão de pessoas; Background técnico em desenvolvimento de software; Ser crítico e analítico; Boa capacidade de resolução de problemas; Vivência em empresas de tecnologia. Diferenciais: Vivências em empresas SaaS; Conhecimentos ou experiência em softwares jurídicos; Experiência com PLG.
