Senior Backend Developer We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality backend services that power our compliance and trust automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend software development, with expertise in designing APIs and domain models using JavaScript and Node.js. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions. Responsibilities: Design and build backend services and APIs in JavaScript and Node.js Create data models using RDBMS principles and implement them in PostgreSQL Troubleshoot interfaces and debug applications Monitor and improve end-to-end performance Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 5+ years of backend software development experience designing APIs and domain models with knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js Experience designing RDBMSs to support real-world application usage Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with debugging and performance testing Benefits: 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), one floating day, three sick days, and designated national holidays Opportunities for growth and professional development Additional Information: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package
