Você será responsável por:
- Avaliar os KPIs do funil de vendas e acompanhá-los buscando pontos de melhoria na estrutura data driven
- Propor novos KPIs e estruturas de dados para fortalecer a inteligência do Marketing
- Fazer benchmarking e estudos de mercado para fornecer insights para a equipe de performance
- Mapear as alavancas de crescimento do negócio para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e priorizar testes
- Estruturar roadmap para aplicação de testes, implementá-los e acompanhar os resultados
- Realizar testes A/B em canais de forma estruturada
Requisitos:
- Ter atuado na área de Marketing, Growth Hacking, Inteligência de Mercado, Marketing Digital ou áreas afins
- Conhecimento em conceitos de Marketing, Growth e Produtos Digitais
- Conhecimento em gestão de campanhas, ferramentas de analytics, realização de teste A/B
- Experiência com Hubspot (ou ferramentas parecidas)
Desejável:
- Conhecimento em: Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics;
- Domínio e certificação das plataformas google (ads / analytics / tag manager / etc);
