Join Keeta, explore the world. About the Role: Keeta is looking for a Corporate Communications Exper to support the execution of our external communications strategy in Brazil. You will work with media, PR agencies, and cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, manage media relations, and maintain brand consistency in a fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented executor with strong organizational skills and experience in media engagement. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of integrated communications initiatives (press releases, media pitches, events) to enhance brand visibility and positive media coverage . Media & KOL Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with journalists and influencers, including scheduling interviews, sharing updates, and tracking coverage . Agency Support: Work with external PR agencies to coordinate deliverables , ensuring alignment with Keeta’s messaging and deadlines. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Social Media, Government Affairs, and Internal Comms to implement consistent messaging across channels. Crisis Response: Help monitor and address reputational risks, including drafting holding statements and supporting rapid response efforts. Content & Reporting: Prepare press materials, media lists, and performance reports (e.g., coverage metrics, sentiment analysis). Requirements: Experience in corporate communications or PR experience , preferably in tech, food delivery, or related sectors . Experience supporting media campaigns, agency coordination, and crisis comms . Strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English . Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with food/beverage or delivery industries is a plus.
