Software Architect Leader

As a senior full stack developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our back-end systems and data services. We are a dynamic company on a mission to revolutionize nature recovery through innovative solutions. Our team combines cutting-edge data science with technology to create measurable environmental and economic impact. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and extend back-end systems leveraging database, auth, and edge function capabilities Develop and maintain TypeScript-based APIs and integrations that underpin our platform and data services Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver end-to-end features and performant user-facing experiences Contribute to the evolution of internal automation tools and data pipeline implementations Work closely with product, data, and AI teams on new integrations from analytics and forecasting to blockchain-enabled features Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability while maintaining lightweight, maintainable systems Requirements: Excellent English communication skills 5+ years of professional experience in full stack or back-end development with strong proficiency in TypeScript Practical experience with Supabase (preferred) or NextJS, Express, or other TypeScript frameworks Solid understanding of API design, database schema design, and serverless architecture patterns Ability to contribute across the stack from back-end logic and data modeling to key front-end integrations Experience using AI tooling, such as Cursor and CoPilot Experience working independently in Agile, distributed teams Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment Desirable Skills: Familiarity with AI or ML integrations at the application level Knowledge of blockchain, digital asset verification, or sustainability data systems Experience with data visualization, analytics tools, or geospatial data About Us: We offer a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial company.
