Stability and Scalability Expert As a critical member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Your key responsibilities will include handling major incidents through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams and providing regular updates until resolution. Incident Resolution: You will work closely with your colleagues to identify and resolve critical issues that impact our customers. Advanced Application Troubleshooting: You will conduct detailed analysis of application issues and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime. Enhanced Monitoring Capabilities: You will utilize tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk to monitor system performance and improve alerting mechanisms. Requirements and Qualifications: DevOps and Production Support Experience: A deep understanding of DevOps practices and hands-on experience in supporting production environments is essential. Automation and CI/CD Expertise: Experience in automation and CI/CD practices is necessary to ensure smooth deployment and testing. Cloud Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is required.
