Technical Sales Manager We are seeking an accomplished Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and cultivate key relationships in the maritime and offshore industry. About This Role Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the maritime and offshore sector in Rio de Janeiro. Cultivate strong connections with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Create opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end customers. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain or Technical Areas. Excellent communication, negotiation skills and teamwork abilities. Strong commercial skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Good MS Office, PowerPoint and system tools skills. English Fluency. Location: Rio de Janeiro or willingness to relocate. Differentials The following differentials will be highly valued: Experience with CRM/ERPs. Experience in international logistics, import/export.
