Payroll Operations Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. Process payroll for employees in the Deel platform. Manage workflow and remittance of employee payroll deposits and monthly tax payments. Ensure knowledge of Brazil payroll tax compliance and accuracy of system settings and processed transactions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, methodical, and have strong organizational skills. They must be proficient in written and verbal English and have a background in payroll processing, preferably with Deel or other third-party providers. The selected candidate will be responsible for owning the Brazil payroll process and contributing to data collection, process streamlining, and entity creation across various geographies as we grow. This role is fully remote and based in Brazil but requires handling payroll operations across diverse locations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our global payroll operations team.
