Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Technical Graphic Designer to join our team and support the design department at a retail company based in the US. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting the design team by creating presentations, tech packs, and files for production, managing product data, and organizing visual assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Art Design, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience with consumer goods tech packs.
  • Ability to create tech packs with a strong understanding of product printing processes.
  • Prior experience with licensed brands and licensed products.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience working B2B, with Startup companies and American Clients. Professional English Level.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with file management and organization systems.
  • Can accurately create product tech packs for different consumer goods and packaging and printing tech packs for non-licensed and licensed products. Reduce print colors and create print patterns according to the factory and license guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of brand licensing guidelines and regulations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of product production, including printing techniques, packaging rules, and product materials and processes.

  • Assist in designing seasonal assets.
  • Accurately upload information from various sources into the company's platform.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of the uploaded information.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Communicate, with attention to detail, during all the stages of work.
  • Manage time and multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
