Join SHEIN and be the future ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our SHEIN Brazil legal team. You will support day-to-day legal demands, documents, SLAs, and helping ensure compliance and efficiency in all legal processes. Responsabilities Review and track subsidy requests sent to China, monitoring all legal and response deadlines Support the preparation and analysis of returned subsidies Draft and send responses to official letters Organize and archive digital documents for easy access Liaise with external law firms, regulators and industry entities Help monitor and follow up on area payments Requirements: Degree completed in Law OAB-licensed lawyer Previous experience in a corporate legal department or law firm Familiarity with legal-management systems and document organization Strong communication, analytical skills and attention to detail Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge of legal tools Nice to have: Experience in fashion, retail or e-commerce Intermediate or advanced English At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
