🎯 We Are Hiring: Mechanical Engineer (São Paulo, Brazil) The Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure projects. This position supports multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle—from conceptual and detailed design to construction support and commissioning—ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance under Brazilian engineering standards, and constructability. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil . 📌 Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop mechanical infrastructure designs related to HVAC, sanitary, hydraulic, ventilation, and fuel systems. Prepare technical calculations, design memoranda, and engineering documentation in accordance with Brazilian regulations and best practices. Perform technical supervision, inspections, and/or commissioning activities as required. Generate technical reports and formal engineering deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring proper technical alignment. Act as Project Engineer on assignments involving mechanical design scope and multidisciplinary coordination. Support project monitoring related to schedule, production, and engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements. 🎓 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Active Brazilian professional license (CREA), in good standing, with legal authority to sign and stamp engineering documents (ART). Strong ability to read, interpret, and review engineering drawings and schematics. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or 3D building design tools (Revit or similar). Willingness to develop and apply engineering tools such as Six Sigma CFD software, HAP, and SprinkCAD. English level B1, with the ability to participate fluently in technical meetings, calls, and professional discussions. Prior experience in Datacenter or other mission-critical facilities is considered a strong asset.
