Sales Manager Job Description Clear Edge International Search Selection Ltd is looking for a driven Sales Manager/BDM to focus on the Spanish-speaking LATAM region. This role centers on new business acquisition, primarily with operators, but also includes aggregator partnerships in Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Chile. Main Responsibilities: Drive new business with iGaming operators across key LATAM markets, securing lucrative partnerships and expanding our presence in the region. Support and manage aggregator relationships to ensure seamless content visibility, maintaining a strong network of industry contacts. Monitor and interpret regional regulatory and compliance developments, staying up-to-date on the latest market trends and requirements. Advise on market-specific requirements to support successful launches, ensuring our products meet the unique needs of each market. Represent the company at events and in-person client meetings, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Candidate Requirements Fluent in Spanish with professional English skills, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues alike. Strong network across LATAM operators, providing access to key decision-makers and industry insights. Knowledge of sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. Familiar with regional compliance and regulatory frameworks, allowing us to navigate complex market regulations with confidence. Based in LATAM, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile, with a strong understanding of local cultures and customs.
