Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of the company's administrative affairs, including but not limited to office area management, meeting arrangements, document receiving and sending as well as filing, etc.
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing various rules and regulations of the factory and supervising their implementation.
  • Responsible for the communication and coordination work among various departments within the factory, resolving contradictions and conflicts in the work.
  • Maintain a good relationship with local governments and relevant departments, and coordinate to solve external problems in the development process of the factory.
  • Complete all kinds of tasks assigned by the leaders.

Qualifications

  • Be proficient in Portuguese and Chinese.
  • Have experience in comprehensive management or related work in large enterprises in Brazil or in similar industries, and be familiar with the production processes and operation models of the manufacturing industry.
  • Be proficient in using various office software and office equipment.
  • Possess excellent organizational coordination ability, language expression ability and word processing ability.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, be hardworking and able to withstand relatively high work pressure.
  • Have good teamwork spirit and communication ability, and be able to properly handle interpersonal relationships.
  • Have relatively strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to continuously adapt to new work environments and task requirements.

  • 负责公司行政事务管理,包括但不限于办公区域管理、会议安排、文件收发与归档等。
  • 负责制定和执行工厂的各项规章制度,并监督其执行情况。
  • 负责工厂内部各部门之间的沟通协调工作,解决工作中的矛盾和冲突。
  • 与地方政府和相关部门保持良好关系,协调解决工厂发展过程中的外部问题。
  • 完成领导交办的各项工作。

任职资格

  • 精通葡萄牙语、汉语。
  • 有巴西大型企业或类似行业的综合管理或相关工作经验,熟悉制造业的生产流程和运营模式。
  • 熟练掌握各种办公软件和办公设备的使用。
  • 具备优秀的组织协调能力、语言表达能力和文字处理能力。
  • 责任心强,吃苦耐劳,能够承受较大的工作压力。
  • 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力,能够妥善处理人际关系。
  • 具有较强的学习能力和适应能力,能够不断适应新的工作环境和任务要求。
