Job Title: Technical Access Specialist We are seeking a skilled Technical Access Specialist to lead access certification campaigns in Saviynt. This role will design and manage the certification calendar, map role owners, define approval workflows, and align access policies. Execute end-to-end access certification campaigns in Saviynt. Design and manage the certification calendar (quarterly, semi-annual, annual). Map role owners, define approval workflows, and align access policies. Maintain governance processes and documentation up-to-date and audit-ready. Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance. Monitor Saviynt system health and campaign performance, addressing issues before they escalate. Create Excel-based reports and dashboards to track metrics and campaign progress. Communicate directly with approvers and stakeholders to drive timely completion. Continuously improve and scale identity governance processes across the organization. Requirements 2–3+ years of hands-on experience leading access certification campaigns in Saviynt. In-depth understanding of access governance, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management. Excellent communication and follow-up skills, ensuring tasks are completed and stakeholders are held accountable. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analytics). Familiarity with Active Directory and/or SAP access models. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, anticipating issues before they become problems. Bonus points for experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
