The ideal candidate is a skilled Mobile Developer with strong communication skills who has solid hands-on experience in mobile development. They should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and have comfort delivering high-quality features under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Design and build advanced applications for mobile platforms (Android primarily, iOS is a bonus). Develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work closely with product managers and designers to bring ideas to life. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications. Optimize code for maximum efficiency and scalability. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain clean, testable, well-organized code and contribute to automation processes. Implement best practices to improve productivity and reduce errors. Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and modern mobile architectures. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to planning, reviews, and team discussions. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Required Skills and Qualifications Medium-level experience in mobile development (approximately 3–5 years). Proficient in Java or Kotlin (at least one is required). Experience implementing and customizing video player functionality using frameworks such as ExoPlayer or MediaSession APIs, including handling streaming, offline playback, and custom UI controls. Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle. Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services. Familiarity with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs (e.g., Firebase). Knowledge of Google's material design principles and interface guidelines. Strong understanding of architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture). Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and testing frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
