We are looking for "M365 Specialist " Hybrid mode in Sao paulo who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: What you'll do: Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs. Automate processes and recommend engineering improvements. Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. Work with Power Shell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams. Test new features and implement changes securely. What we're looking for: Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations. Proficiency in Power Shell/MS Graph. Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation. Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.
