Senior Backend Developer Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our Customer Identity (CI) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable batch and real-time services that support various customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack engineering. They should have expertise in Java, particularly Spring Boot, as well as modern JavaScript and the React framework. The role requires direct experience using Kafka for event-driven architecture and a proven track record of working in an XP/Agile environment with daily Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement high-performance, scalable batch and real-time services. Develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and React.
