Expert SAP Basis Professional We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our organization in Fortaleza, Brazil. As a skilled SAP professional, you will be responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and process compliance, mentoring and training team members, handling support tickets, performing root cause analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP server installation/configuration, high availability setup, and SAP BASIS server administration. They will also have experience with SAP version and EHP upgrades, performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across application, database, and operating system levels. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong documentation, MS Office proficiency, customer-centric mindset, and ability to manage unforeseen situations and drive value.
