Technical Support Role We're seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Technical Support Engineer. This full-time remote position requires excellent technical support skills, along with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to investigate and troubleshoot product issues effectively. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely updates on issue resolution status to customers and internal stakeholders while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams. Responsibilities: Drive the resolution of customer issues by acting as a customer advocate and maintaining happy and satisfied customers. Follow our established customer support process and meet service level agreements (SLAs). Triage support requests by conducting a first-level investigation of technical product issues. Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues according to SLAs and escalate when necessary to meet those goals. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. At least 2 years of customer support experience for a commercial software product is necessary. A passion for providing technical support to customers and helping them achieve success using our products is crucial. Demonstrated ability to investigate and troubleshoot product issues by reproducing the problem, examining application logs, and reviewing debug messages and stack traces is essential. Strong problem-solving capabilities in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application environment are required. The ability to act independently and involve a manager and others when necessary is also required. A quick learner who is inquisitive about new products and features is ideal.
