Key Performance Marketing Specialist We're looking for a results-driven professional to help us grow through high-quality performance marketing. Key responsibilities include planning, launching, and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (search, performance, and/or social) from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating clear, persuasive ad copy tailored to each audience and funnel stage. Responsibilities also include structuring and optimizing campaigns (bids, audiences, keywords, creatives) for ROI and scalability, as well as setting up and maintaining tracking, pixels, and basic analytics to measure results. Collaboration with the team is essential to run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audiences, document learnings, and turn data into simple, written updates: what happened, why it matters, and what you'll do next. Plan and launch high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across search, performance, and social channels. Develop compelling ad copy that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with our marketing goals. Streamline campaign structures, optimize bids, and refine targeting to maximize ROI and campaign scalability. Establish and maintain robust tracking and analytics systems to measure campaign success and inform future optimizations. Partner with the team to design and execute A/B testing strategies, analyze results, and apply insights to drive continuous improvement. Transform complex data into actionable insights, providing regular updates on campaign performance and future plans.
