Casino Manager Job Description The Casino Manager is a key role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and operations of our online casino platform. This includes planning and executing promotions, managing relationships with content aggregators, and analyzing key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online casino, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. Promotion Planning : Develop and implement targeted promotions to drive player acquisition, retention, and value growth. Content Aggregator Management : Foster strong relationships with content aggregators to source and integrate high-quality games into our platform. Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as NGR, ARPU, retention, and session activity to inform strategic decisions. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in online casino management, a deep understanding of casino games, and experience working in regulated markets.
