Solution Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Solution Engineer to join our São Paulo office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Planning and Deployment: - Participate in the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of the company's network architecture, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. - Responsible for the deployment and configuration of data center environments, corporate networks, and cloud networks (public/private). - Responsible for assessing network requirements, designing solutions, and implementing new business systems. 2. Daily Operations and Monitoring: - Responsible for daily monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response across the company's entire network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, wireless networks, etc.). - Develop and execute network change processes, ensuring standardized operations with controlled risks. - Prepare operational documentation, technical proposals, and incident reports. 3. Performance and Security Management: - Continuously monitor network performance, analyze traffic data, and perform capacity planning and performance tuning. - Responsible for configuring and managing network security policies, including firewall rules, access control lists (ACLs), intrusion detection/prevention, etc. - Collaborate with the security team on network audits, vulnerability scans, and hardening activities. 4. Technical Support and Collaboration: - Provide network-level technical support to other internal teams (e.G., systems, application development, business departments). - Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues related to circuits and equipment. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. - Fluent English. - Proficiency in the TCP/IP protocol stack, in-depth understanding of the OSI model, and routing and switching principles (e.G., STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP). - Proven ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot network equipment from leading vendors (e.G., Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet). Specific Technologies (Knowledge in): - Security: Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), WAF, and security policies. - Wireless: Knowledge of corporate wireless network planning (e.G., Aruba, Cisco) and troubleshooting.- Load Balancing: Knowledge of configuring devices such as F5, Citrix NetScaler, and Nginx. - Data Center: Knowledge of architectures such as VXLAN, EVPN, and Spine-Leaf. Automation and Operations Capabilities: - Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.G., Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios). - Basic programming/scripting skills (e.G., Python, Ansible) for configuration automation, batch operations, and tool development are a plus. - Knowledge of version control tools such as Git. Preferred Requirements: - Certifications: CCNA / HCIA /CCNP / HCIP / CCIE (RS/Security)- Advanced Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency Work Model: This is an on-site position based in São Paulo, with the possibility of occasional business travel.
