Job Title: Digital Customer Engagement Manager Digital customer engagement is a strategic approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through digital channels. As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager , you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that inform digital customer engagement strategies. Develop and implement targeted campaigns across multiple digital channels to engage customers and drive business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital customer engagement strategies into overall marketing and sales initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of digital customer engagement strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets. Excellent communication and project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications, as well as infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics. Proficiency in English and additional languages such as Asian or European languages.
