About Us Cadence is a language services firm specializing in due diligence. We started our operations in Beijing in 2014. Our services cater to expert networks, investment firms, consulting firms, and market research firms. The Role You will serve as a project manager for our interpretation team. Your key responsibilities will revolve around three core areas: project coordination client liaison recruitment of specialized language professionals You will interact with clients via email, phone, or WeChat regarding their needs. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the client's expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met. You will identify suitable colleagues based on relevant time zones or regions for the project. Key Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree in a related field Fluency in English and an additional language is advantageous Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Capacity to work effectively in both independent and team settings
