Formulation Development Specialist At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Formulation Development Specialist to provide technical support for local laboratory work. This role will focus on formulation development to support customer projects and promote our products through customer events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, supporting, and executing formulation and product development projects in the region. This individual will work closely with global R&D and Marketing teams to ideate, identify, and develop new products for market launch. Key responsibilities include developing formulations for major customers and evaluating their performance. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Develop new formulations highlighting ingredients from our portfolio Support tests for performance studies and sensorial tests Contribute to new product development projects improving our product portfolio Bachelor of Chemistry, Pharmacobiology or related area linked to sciences (Chemistry) Between 5-8 years working experience in the cosmetics industry Spanish/English speaker Knowledge of Personal Care products (formulation & process) We offer a hybrid model working environment that promotes collaboration while maintaining flexibility.
