Job Description Responsible for analyzing, investigating, and resolving service requests and incidents originating in the production environment from operational teams or monitoring tools, as well as creating improvements and evolutions to current processes and routines; Absorb knowledge of systems being transitioned into production by carrying out transitions with development teams to understand the scenarios and be able to support the related tools and environments; Analyze and identify whether monitoring solutions are appropriate for systems running in production, observing both existing systems and those being implemented in the production environment.
