Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Job Description Your primary role will involve managing critical incidents, conducting in-depth application troubleshooting, overseeing CIRS-related requests, enhancing monitoring capabilities, creating and refining monitoring scripts, handling customer escalations, and providing support for planned activities. Deep expertise in DevOps and Production Support is essential. A background in automation and CI/CD practices is also necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is preferred. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, Splunk is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to dive deep into application issues are vital. Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams are required. Required Skills and Qualifications Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Extensive experience in DevOps and Production Support.
