Our platform handles millions of monthly interactions and is built by a tight, engineering-driven team that moves fast and solves real problems. Role Description We are looking for a Back-end Engineer with strong Go experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in São Paulo. You will work on the core backend services that power our AI platform, design and maintain scalable server-side logic, optimize performance, and integrate with internal and external systems. You’ll collaborate closely with our tooling, AI, and DevOps teams to ship reliable, well-structured services in a Kubernetes environment. Qualifications Must have: 3+ years of backend engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with Go Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices Good knowledge of REST APIs and API design Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases Familiarity with event-driven systems (queues, pub/sub) Experience with Docker or Kubernetes Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to have: Experience with Python or Node.js Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Interest in AI and high-scale systems
