Job Description We are seeking a senior WordPress expert to manage the technical execution of high-stakes marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of two developers, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from advertising platforms. You will own the complete technical implementation of marketing campaigns from concept through launch, ensuring precise tracking setup across all campaigns. You will also ensure accurate data capture, form submissions, and data synchronization between landing pages and CRM systems. You will implement and validate proper campaign tracking in CRM. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience with WordPress development, direct experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns, and a portfolio demonstrating high-performing landing pages they have personally built and deployed. Key skills include proven experience with version control, configuring Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines, and advanced WordPress development skills including ACF, Gutenberg, theme customization, plugin development, and page builders.
