Customer Service Expert We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Main Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure complete satisfaction. Communicate fluently in both Portuguese and English to effectively assist our diverse customer base. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams when escalation is necessary. Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Contribute feedback and suggestions to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with other operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Prior experience in a customer service role (online, phone-based, or face-to-face). Availability to work Monday to Friday. Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
