Customer Service Expert We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to think critically and solve problems effectively. Responsibilities: (Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right customer service methods/tools)(Provide proper solutions to customer issues within reasonable time limits)(Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up to ensure smooth and accurate resolution of customer issues)(Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies) Requirements: R eadiness `to` travel globally at your own cost not included here but considered with budget preparedness Bachelor's degree or highern plus one year CS trading agent related experience working at crypto exchanges preferably G company owning a MacBook is required although partially installable after six months OR half new bought initial usable chip M1 you'll finish great fit
