Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para ser Game Designer na Vila dos Games, trabalhando com o desenvolvimento de jogos de aprendizagem corporativos e de impacto social. Esta pessoa será responsável pelo planejamento, estruturação e desenvolvimento de mecânicas de games analógicos, digitais e virtuais, e atuará em conjunto com designers gráficos, ilustradoras e designers instrucionais para criar experiências incríveis no formato de jogo

Responsabilidades

  • Traduzir necessidades de aprendizagem em sistemas e mecânicas de jogo; 
  • Adaptar sistemas e mecânicas de jogo existentes para novos contextos;
  • Combinar mecânicas de jogo para criar novos sistemas de jogo;
  • Criar mecânicas de jogo originais;
  • Analisar jogabilidade a partir de playtestes e propor melhorias (como mudanças de regra e balanceamento);
  • Criação e edição de documentações de projeto (GDD, checklists, planilhas de orçamento e relatórios de ajuste);

Competências

  • Visão sistêmica e organização;
  • Comunicação clara e saber trabalhar em equipe;
  • Proatividade: propor e realizar tarefas significativas para o projeto.
