Job Title Award-winning Customer Success Specialist in Life Sciences to drive science research and student learning forward with cutting-edge video content. Main Responsibilities: Establish strategic partnerships with top-tier universities, fostering collaborations to integrate our innovative video solutions into courses and boost product usage. Deliver engaging product awareness sessions at esteemed customer universities and research institutes, cultivating adoption and driving growth. Promote engagement and increase usage through inspiring presentations at prominent exhibits, conferences, seminars, workshops, and onsite customer visits. Maintain subscription renewal success by ensuring seamless implementation support and consistent utilization of our resources. Influence product development decisions through effective communication of customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams. Requirements: A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines is essential for this role. 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing positions is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. Knowledge of education, market trends, and challenges in assigned content areas (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology) is required.
