Job Title: Technical Support Consultant L3 Are you an experienced software support professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and troubleshooting complex technical issues? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide level 3 customer support for our industry-leading software products, working with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure their satisfaction. Provide advanced level of technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our software products Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve product development and quality Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of level 3 software support experience Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Basic to intermediate SQL skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: 15 days paid time off (PTO), 1 floating day, and 3 sick days per year Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company Professional development and growth opportunities About Us: We are a privately held company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.
