Full Stack Engineer Wanted for High-Throughput Backend Services We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and design, build, and operate high-throughput backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java distributed systems, stream-based processing, and backend development. They will work with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS and GCP. This is an excellent opportunity to work on business-critical applications, design system components and integrations, and contribute to the growth of our organization. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong expertise in Java for backend and distributed systems Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, topics, stream processing) Proficiency in backend development Experience deploying and managing services on Kubernetes Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD Practical experience with AWS and/or GCP Solid understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and microservices Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, migrations) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to Have Experience in VOD / Streaming platforms Basic frontend experience with React (component integration, context management) Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm) Experience with observability & monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
